National Maintenance).  Trailers targeted under this program include Dry Freight
Vans, Refrigerated Vans, Flatbeds and Bimodal Vehicles; (New, Used, Rented
and Leased).

ARP markets its LOCNAT Maintenance nationwide using its Dealer’s Sales
Personnel as well as ARP’s Sales Personnel.  Types of accounts include
truckload, less-than truckload (“LTL”), common carriers, private fleet operators,
household moving and storage companies, package carriers and inter-modal
carriers, and leasing companies of all sizes.

ARP services its LOCNAT Maintenance through its nationwide ‘Dealer’ network,
who physically maintains the trailers placed into this program.

ARP and its Dealers offer the following three (3) programs.  (1) ‘True Cost -
Contract Maintenance ’  (2) Management Maintenance and (3) Maintenance On
Demand. Note: (a) Each of these programs includes many benefits such as
Centralized Billing etc. (b) Details outlining benefits of each are available in
separate form.

We believe we are a customer’s best source for providing a nationwide Trailer
Maintenance Program through our LOCNAT Maintenance that will REDUCE the
greatest amount FROM THEIR COSTS and ADD the greatest amount TO THEIR

Why should my company partner with ARP?
By partnering with ARP, you align yourself with a company that will offer its
Dealers increased and consistent mobile service and shop business as well as a
host of programs that increase their profits and efficiencies.  ARP believes that
mobile service can complete greater than 90% of all jobs performed on a trailer
and the future success of an independent mobile service company will be greatly
enhanced by its participation in a leading National Program.

As a Dealer, how will my company participate & do I need to offer
Mobile Service?
ARP continues to develop a network of Dealers throughout North America that
perform both Preventative Maintenance and Damage Repairs to (1) Trailers
from their own locally developed Market (2) Trailers from another market that
may be passing through their territory and is in need of maintenance or (3)
Trailers from a National Account or Multiple Location Account developed
elsewhere but has trailers domiciled in their territory.  ARP will provide
prospective Dealers with an application and upon completion and return we will
review your capabilities for the applicable territory.  If approved, the Dealer will
become part of our National Program. IMPORTANT: Yes, you need to offer
Mobile Service.

Am I given exclusivity in my territory?
Yes.  ARP and its approved Dealer will determine the coverage that can be
handled in a specific territory.  However, due to a client’s TIME SENSITIVE
Freight and the need for TIME SENSITIVE Maintenance, we need to ensure that
alternate sources are available should a Dealer’s Personnel not be able to
complete Time Sensitive Maintenance.  ARP will only partner with those
companies who instill Best Business Practices, those who are Financially Secure
and those who are willing to Dedicate Resources to grow with us.

What resources will be needed by my company?
As business increases, each Dealer will need to assess their ability to handle
this additional business and when to increase their mobile fleet to
accommodate.  Also, Dealers will need future access to the internet in order to
complete On-Line Billing, Data Exchange etc… And Digital Cameras will need to
be made available in each mobile truck.

Does my company need to offer 24/7 Service to become a Dealer?
No.  ARP will establish a network separate from this to identify Dealers with 24/7
capability.

Who will I invoice?
This depends on each account and their needs. (1) Locally developed accounts
will be invoiced as you normally would (2) National Accounts or Multiple Location
Accounts may be invoiced directly or ask that ARP invoice them directly or (3)
Accounts that have trailers placed into our Contract Maintenance program will
dictate that ARP invoice them directly.

Who will notify me of jobs to perform on a trailer?
This depends on each account and their needs. (1) Locally developed accounts
will be handled as you normally would (2) National Accounts or Multiple Location
Accounts may call you directly or ask that ARP contact you or (3) Accounts that
have trailers placed into our Contract Maintenance program will dictate that ARP
contact you.

If my company is interested, what’s the next step?
